Four employees honored with a Vision Award.
Franklin Savings Bank recognized 15 employees for achieving service milestones at its annual Employee Recognition Night. Together these individuals have accumulated 250 years of service with the bank!
5 years: Daniel Belville, Deposit Operations Specialist; Heather Capraro, VP, Senior Business Relationship Officer; Brian Lamontagne, Branch Manager; Brian Bozak, EVP, COO & CFO; and Lauren Charbono, Loan Servicing Specialist.
15 years: Tabitha Gerry, AVP, Senior Project Manager & Banking Systems Officer; Kenneth Sawyer, VP, Commercial Loan Officer; and Megan Gilman, Deposit Operations Specialist.
20 years: Keith (Skeet) Laramie, Network Services Technician; Jennifer Sleeper, Loan Servicing Specialist; and Alicia Marceau, Commercial Loan Administrator.
25 years: Renee Gilpatric, Senior Underwriter & Residential Processing Officer; and Timothy Moulton, Network Technician II.
30 years: Susan Pelletier, Senior Teller.
40 years: Martha (Marty) Lefebvre, VP, Controller.

Also at the event, the bank honored four employees with a 2021 Vision Award, presented each year to individuals who exceed the expectations of their customers and co-workers by embodying the bank’s vision.
Glen Moore was honored with an award for his ability to easily pivot directions when presented with multiple challenges at any given time. He is methodical in his thinking, looks at the big picture, and demonstrates sound judgement. Glen never hesitates to assist a team member and is always eager to share his knowledge.
“Glen has made a significant and positive impact at the Main office and is often recognized by customers and co-workers for his contributions. I feel he is most deserving of this honor,” commented Jon Cayton, Branch Manager – Main office.
Matthew Nadeau was selected for a Vision Award for his commitment to ensuring customers receive a positive experience when visiting the bank’s Merrimack office. He always strives to provide solutions to assist his customers and consistently goes out of his way to help. Matt has also been a strong ambassador for the bank, helping to elevate our brand throughout the southern region of the state.
Dave L’heureux, Regional Branch Supervisor, added, “Matt has been a great addition to the FSB team. His sharing of innovative ideas, humor and interesting topics of discussion helped make our office a better place to be. This is a well-deserved honor for Matt.”
Heather Bisson was recognized for her leadership and commitment to the success of her department, especially during the challenges over the past two years as a result of the pandemic. She works as many hours as necessary to meet deadlines and to ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner. Heather is committed to making sure the work in her department is done accurately, on-time and beyond what is expected by our customers and her peers.
“Heather’s commitment and dedication to providing an extraordinary customer experience has ensured her department continues to complete customer requests without sacrificing the level of service our customers expect,” said Joseph Thornton, SVP, Chief Administrative Officer. “She is an extremely valuable member of the FSB Team, and is deserving of this wonderful recognition.”
Leisha Havey was praised for dedication to getting our loan system set up to process PPP loans to ensure they were booked, funded and sent to the Small Business Administration. She worked countless hours with the bank’s PPP team to ensure everything went smoothly for our customers. Leisha is also a great mentor to the bank’s loan servicing team and ensures they are cross-trained to help each other when needed. Lastly, she goes out of her way to assist customers and tries to find ways to help them in any way possible.
According to Jan Bradley, VP, Loan Operations Officer, “Leisha is an incredible problem solver and this was no more evident than during these challenging times. She has a great deal of institutional knowledge and is definitely the “go to” person when anyone has a question in her area.”
