Franklin Savings Bank is delighted to announce the promotions of Amy Rankins, MS-HRM, PHR, to VP & Human Resources Officer, along with Jessica Price, AAP, NCP, to VP & Controller.
Rankins joined FSB in 2017 as an Executive/HR Assistant and was later promoted to Human Resources Officer followed by AVP, Human Resources Officer. She has an MS in human resources management from Southern NH University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute. In addition, she is a 2021 graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking. Rankins is actively involved in the community as a Corporator of Peabody Place and Trustee of the New Hampshire Bankers Association Insurance Trust. She resides in Concord, NH with her husband.

Price joined the bank in 2008 as a part-time Teller in the Tilton office. Throughout her tenure, she has advanced into several positions in retail, deposit operations and finance. In her elevated position, she will provide oversight and support for the accounting and finance operations. She is a licensed CPA in New Hampshire, and is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in finance from Southern NH University. Moreover, Price is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and is an Accredited ACH Professional and National Check Professional. Locally, she serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Twin Rivers Food Pantry in Franklin. Price resides in Salisbury, NH with her husband and two dogs.
“This is also an amazing achievement for Jess as she assumes leadership of our finance department,” added Bozak. “Her continued commitment and contributions to the bank over the years are very much appreciated. I look forward to seeing her evolve further in her role.”
