Four employees also honored with a Vision Award
Franklin Savings Bank recently honored 14 employees for attaining service milestones at its annual Employee Recognition Night. Collectively, these individuals have 185 years of service with the bank!
5 years: Laurie Blaisdell, Part-Time Personal Banker at Upper Central; Alix Cannon, Part-Time Personal Banker at Tilton; Jon Cayton, AVP, Branch Manager at Franklin Main Office; Mike Duval, VP, Commercial Loan Officer; David L’Heureux, Assistant Branch Manager at Merrimack; Shelbie Swanson, Branch Manager at Gilford.
10 years: Jon Jones, VP, Commercial Loan Officer
15 years: Kathy Haines, Deposit Operations Specialist; Jess Price; VP, Chief Financial Officer; Margaret Paquette, Compliance Specialist

35 years: Ron Magoon, Transition Advisor to the Bank’s CEO

Also at the event, the bank honored four employees with a 2023 Vision Award, presented each year to individuals who exceed the expectations of their customers and co-workers by embodying the bank’s vision.
Aimie Messer has been with FSB for almost 20 years. She has worked in various areas of the bank and over the past 7+ years has played an integral part of the overall success of the credit department at our Franklin Main Office. Her commitment to her colleagues, and ultimately our customers, is being recognized through this award. She is a talented, hard-working and dedicated member of the FSB team.
“I particularly applaud her for her loyalty to the credit department and the organization,” explains Mark Wilson, VP & Credit Manager. “It is a reflection of her sense of belonging, trust in leadership, and alignment with the company’s mission and values.”
Kathleen Glover is our Senior Deposit Opps Specialist based in Franklin and goes above and beyond to assist her customers and coworkers on a daily basis. Whatever the situation may be, Kathleen delivers quick, accurate service, while giving customers peace of mind. She closes the loop and follows up when necessary. She never says “no we can’t” but instead discusses what needs to be done and finds a solution.
“I can’t even say how many times my new customers have thanked me for introducing them to Kathleen and told me what a delight she is to work with,” comments Heather Bisson.
Luby Reddic consistently volunteers her time outside of work to help coordinate and decorate for branch events, assists with hosting seminars, holiday business deliveries, sponsorships, and just goes above and beyond to make sure FSB is a great place to bank. She approaches every task with pride and a commitment to achieving the best and most impactful results. Luby is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to everyone she encounters. She is one of our exceptional Part-Time Personal Bankers at our Gilford office.
“Luby embodies the values of a team player. She works effectively and cohesively with her peers, offers support and guidance when needed, and ensures that every task is successfully completed,” explains Shelbie Swanson, Branch Manager in Gilford.
Morgan Grooms is a Personal Banker III at our Franklin Main Office and has become a strong resource for her peers. She is always willing to provide guidance and assistance when needed. She is a leader and has assisted in training new staff. Morgan also enjoys representing the bank outside of business hours, volunteering her time to many community activities. She comes to work each day with a great attitude, ready to work and be successful in all she does. She is always willing to take on a new project or learning opportunity in her pursuit of professional development.
“Morgan has exceptional customer service skills,” comments Jon Cayton. “She is energetic and enthusiastic in her pursuit of knowledge and actively seeks ways to expand her skillset so that she can contribute at a higher level.”
