Todd Watson joins FSB as VP, Commercial Loan Officer

Franklin Savings Bank is pleased to welcome Todd Watson, Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, to its commercial lending team.  He brings over eight years of banking experience, most recently as VP, Commercial Loan Officer with Bangor Savings Bank.  In his role, Watson will focus on developing relationships with businesses in the greater Concord area to assist them with their financing needs.

“We are delighted to welcome Todd to our commercial lending team,” commented Jim Dubois, SVP, Senior Loan Officer.  “His expertise and experience will be a wonderful addition to our team as we look to expand our presence in the Concord region, where he has devoted most of his banking career assisting businesses.”

Watson has a BA in business from Western New England University based in Springfield, Mass. Outside of work, he volunteers his time with a few organizations in the Concord area.  He serves as Treasurer of Fellowship Housing Opportunities, and is a Board of Trustee as well as a member of the finance committee for CATCH Neighborhood Housing.  Currently, he is a participant in Leadership Greater Concord, a program sponsored by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce that fosters civic awareness in the community, so members can become more involved in activities that will enhance the region.

A resident of Gilford, Watson enjoys spending time with his wife and two children along with participating in school sports, boating and skiing.

Watson added, “I was attracted to Franklin Savings Bank’s overall culture and commitment to supporting the community.  The bank supports countless organizations and individuals through donations, sponsorships and scholarships.  I am grateful for the opportunity to join their commercial lending team and look forward to developing new business opportunities for the bank in the Capital Region.”
